What services do you offer?

I offer a range of services, including resume writing, cover letters, LinkedIn profile optimisation, and key selection criteria. I also provide resume reviews to improve your existing documents, and resume updates for past clients.

What’s your process?

Simply choose a package that suits your needs and get in touch with me. I’ll send you the Terms and Conditions along with an invoice for payment. After payment, you’ll receive a questionnaire to complete within seven (7) days, which will help me create your resume. You’ll get the first draft within 3-5 business days, with one round of revisions included. The final resume will be delivered in both Word and PDF formats. We’ll wrap up with a sign-off document and request for your feedback.

Do we need to meet in person?

No, I provide a remote service that includes phone calls and email. I can work with you wherever you are in Australia. You can still expect the same professional service, no matter where you’re located.

How long does it take to complete a resume?

Typically, you’ll receive a draft 3 to 5 business days after I receive your completed questionnaire. This timeline can vary based on the complexity of the work.

What are your rates?

The pricing structure varies based on the level of service and the specific needs of each client. View prices and packages here.

Do you offer revisions?

Yes, one (1) round of revisions is included. Additional revisions will be charged extra.

Can you help with resumes for specific industries or career levels?

Yes, I specialise in crafting resumes for a wide range of industries and career levels, from entry-level positions to executive roles.

What format will my resume be provided in?

You’ll receive your resume in both Word and PDF formats. You can easily edit your resume in Word.

Do you provide any guarantees?

While I can’t guarantee job offers, I do guarantee that you will be satisfied with your new resume.

Can you assist with resume updates in the future?

Yes, I offer resume update services for clients who have worked with me before.

What is copywriting?

A: Copywriting is writing words for a marketing purpose. A copywriter can write websites, sales pages, product descriptions, ads, emails, social media, and more.

Great copywriting makes it clear and compelling why your audience should buy your products or services – and drives them to take action.

What is SEO copywriting?

A: SEO is an acronym for Search Engine Optimisation, which means search engines like Google read, analyse and categorise your website.

SEO copywriting is written for people first and Google second. It helps you connect with your customers and increase your Google rankings.

How much does it cost?

A: The price will depend on your project. We’ll have a chat to determine what you need, and I’ll give you a comprehensive quote before we start.

What does your price include?

A: My price includes everything I need to write your copy, including meetings, chat time, research, writing, revisions, and proofreading. I’ll also provide you with a detailed estimate that outlines the costs for each part of the project.

GST is not charged as I’m not registered to charge GST.

Do you require a first payment?

A: It’s standard practice for copywriters to require a 50% payment up front before starting a project. My payment terms are 7 days.

Resumes, cover letters, and LinkedIn profiles require full payment before I start any work.

How many changes can I make to the copy?

A: You receive three rounds of copy – a brief outline which highlights the points you want to make, and two more drafts where you can provide comments on and request changes. The final draft will be proofread.

Can we meet in person?

A: No. I provide a remote service that includes Zoom meetings, phone calls and email.

How long will it take to write my copy?

This depends on the size of the project and my schedule. For example, a resume will take less time to write than a 5 page website.

I’ll provide a more definite timeframe once we’ve discussed your project.

Do you offer editing and proofreading?

Yes, I do. You can write your own copy, and I will edit and proofread it for you.
